Halton Apprentices Internet Gateway

As part of an experiment to develop web resource for 207 Entry as well as other Halton Apprentices, an experimental project has been devised to provide a "jumping-off" point for people looking for information about RAF Halton and the Apprentice Entries.

This project is in it's infancy as an intellectual exercise but the provisional home of the project is at: www.haltonapprentices.net

As part of an experiment to develop web resource for 207 Entry as well as other Halton Apprentices, an experimental project has been devised to provide a "jumping-off" point for people looking for information about RAF Halton and the Apprentice Entries.

The second function of the project is to provide facilities and resources to Ex-Apprentices who don't have access to Internet or website resources to help them make use of the Internet to communicate and assist them in coming up with an Internet presence themselves to join the ranks of the many excellent sites already put together by many Entries.

The third part of the project is to provide e-mail accounts to Ex-apprentices who may not already have access to this technology already but would like to use the Internet to keep in contact via e-mail and might be able to use a friends Internet or public facilities such as libraries, Internet Café’s etc.

The provisional home of the project is at: www.haltonapprentices.net but a number of other addresses have been registered including reserving the RAFHAAA.org/.net & .org.uk registrations for protected use of the RAFHAA Association.
